After a person has taken care of the family, children, friends, and work, usually there is very little time left in the day. The idea that a person sometimes puts herself is difficult to think of. This is especially for a person who has not gotten used to finding time to consider their own needs. But if a person is not able to take care of herself, how will they be in a position to take care of others? People need to be supported by individuals who are happy and strong. Individuals who don’t take time to look after their demands suffer from depression, stress and sometimes addiction.

It is time to begin placing their selves first if someone finds themselves trapped in this cycle, in which they believe that they don’t have control over their own lives. A person can suffer from physical manifestations of illness because of depression and stress. It is important for a person to take time to rectify this.
